Adrian Fini, BCom

Director

Adrian has been involved in the property development, property investment and construction industries in Western Australia since 1977 and Adrian’s private investment companies have been in partnership with Barry Jones and David Mack’s private investment companies since 1989.

Adrian was formerly Managing Director of Fini Group and following its merger with Mirvac in 2001 was CEO of the expanded Mirvac Fini business. He was subsequently appointed an Executive Director of Mirvac Group responsible for Mirvac’s Development Division before leaving in 2010 to concentrate on FJM’s projects.

Adrian is a director of the Art Gallery of Western Australia, and in addition is on the boards of the University of Western Australia Business School, Urban Design Centre, Giving West and is on the committee of the WA chapter of the Australian Business Art Foundation (ABAF) and the WA development board for The Hunger Project Australia.


Barry Jones, BCom

Director

Barry Jones founded the Criterion Group of private investment companies with David Mack in 1987. Since then, the private group has grown its property and business holdings predominantly in the retail, office and hotel property areas.


David Mack, BCom, FCA

Director

David founded Mack & Co, Chartered Accountants, in 1978 and was a managing partner at the firm until 1987. Since then David has been involved in private property investment through the Criterion Group with Barry Jones, and now FJM with Barry Jones and Adrian Fini.


Tim Mack, BCom (Hons), CA

Director

Tim Mack has extensive finance and investment experience having previously worked in investment banking from 2000 to 2005 in both Sydney and Canada. A former Chartered Accountant, and Tim holds a Bachelor of Commerce with first class honours from the University of Western Australia. Tim joined FJM in 2006.


Jamie Fini, BCom, LLB (Hons)

Managing Director

Jamie Fini joined FJM in 2015 with previous experience in property and investment banking. Jamie is responsible for overseeing all FJM projects including management of FJM’s existing investments and new development opportunities. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Law (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
